COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
eVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR CAKE
Pre arrange collection is available from my home bakery in Croydon.
Collection Location – Collection details will be provided once order is confirmed.
Collection time – A collection time will be agreed in advance and customer should arrive at there allocated time.
Transporting your cake – I would advise that you keep your cake flat and level when carrying holding it from the bottom. If arriving in a vehicle keep the cake on a flat and level suface rather than a seat of someones lap.
Late collection – If you’re running late for your collection, please contact me as soon as possible. As collections are arranged for specific times, I may not always be available if you arrive outside your agreed collection time. A new collection time may need to be arranged.
